WATER SHORTAGE IN BUTUAN CITY

   The worst happened here in the city of butuan is the lack of water supply.due to typhoon seniang in december 29,2014. Many people who suffer from lack of water supply.Consequently no clean clothes to use daily. and especially not to cleanse the body because there is no water, because its absence must conserve water for ourselves. What, How, and Who will make a way for it to resolved?who is it to resolved even people who do not know the reason for what happened to the water supply. and the worst is in the midst of situation in the supply of water is so still the charges dropped instead. is not a new story or issue in the absence of water supply especially during saturday, its so annoying because with the number of days to cut off the water supply they pick saturday,coz for that day theres a lot to do. where is the justice of it, do we let this happen everyday?
